Tanya is choosing between Chloe, Kirby and Nellie tonight. Tonight! She just needs Roger's help. Then we'll get with Lisa & family for their big decision. Then I'm off to the Farmer's Market to post a banner and man a booth with pictures only of the remaining pups. It's an Aspen crowd there--very, bring your dog and shop for fresh produce while visiting and lunching in the sunshine. Evergreen-Aspen that is. So, may find some good moms to be. I hope.
It is coming upon 7 weeks soon--next Monday. I really thought these guys would be snatched up. But at the high price, and the low economy, and the fact that we live in the sticks and I don't get out to publicize them much, we are left with all these lovely smart babies, and we love them so much, but they need their own homes! We can't be the Beverly Hillbillies of Doggies.
The best thing lately, is that I've rolled up the rugs and left the front door open for the group. Most of them go outside to do their business--they never poop in here! A few puddles is all, but the tile floor is getting cleaned more than it has in four years. So it's lovely really. Fresh air, freedom, and very happy puppies who stick around the front yard and wander indoors when they feel like it. Tomorrow, they're going to be crushed that I'm at the market and seeing the condo for Mom again. Oh, what happened to the good life?! But we'll go back to our ways by 3:30 pm. Thank heavens, they say!
Every single puppy is doing fabulously, and sends kisses!!!!!
PS Andy went to classes this morning. Yea!!!
