Andy, I don't want to see your life wasted, or lived minimally. It's not until you personally accomplish things that you feel real satisfaction. It's tough for me to kick you out. But it's worse seeing you not advance as you should. I appreciate your sensitive nature, your quick humor, and your kindness. You're intelligent and thoughtful. Look at this as an opportunity to go off on your own, do what you want to do, explore, and find satisfaction in work and learning.
